I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of its great location and the old NOLA charm of the rooms. However, the service left a lot to be desired as I didn't feel welcomed and had issues with my reservation. The value for money is alright, but the experience could have been much better with more attention to guest service.

The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of New Orleans, making it easy to get to popular attractions. The rooms, however, could use some better air conditioning, especially with the hot weather outside. Service was mixed; I felt a bit unwelcome at times, which definitely left a sour note. On the plus side, the amenities were decent and the price was fair for what you get.
